Please read these terms and conditions of service thoroughly before completing your reservation or registry with Rentzkart.
1. Account Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and hold legally valid identification credentials to create an active profile on Rentzkart.
Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your user authentication credentials, passwords, and sessions.
Accuracy: All profile details including names, contact numbers, and KYC uploads must remain completely accurate and up-to-date.
2. Rental Commitments
Verification: Rental orders are subject to identity verification and KYC checks. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Usage: Rented equipment, accessories, vehicles, or items must be used solely for lawful purposes, avoiding reckless handling or modification.
Returns: Delayed returns past the scheduled booking duration incur subsequent daily charges according to our 24-hour cycle policy.
3. Payments & Billing
Pricing: Rental rates and estimated totals are explicitly detailed during date selection on the product page.
Refunds: Cancellation refunds are computed strictly as per our Cancellation policy based on the timing of your notice (24 hours window constraint).
Taxes: Billings include applicable local taxes and service processing fees clearly itemized at final checkout.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All brand names, logos, platform layout designs, assets, custom CSS codes, and text are protected by copyright laws belonging exclusively to Rentzkart.
License: Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable access license to utilize the digital services for placing rental orders.
Prohibition: Copying, reverse-engineering, or scraping our platform interface or inventory data is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
5. Legal Jurisdictions & Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the federal laws of India.
Arbitration: In case of any dispute or claim arising out of booking processes, parties agree to pursue arbitration under Mohali court jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability: Rentzkart's total cumulative liability is strictly capped at the booking amount paid by the Lessee for that single active rental transaction.
